The article focuses on the dynamics of inclusion versus exclusion that typically characterize the life of a classroom group. Specifically, after acknowledging that these processes continue to significantly shape group dynamics, the first part presents a complex educational scenario marked by an unsuccessful attempt to avoid discrimination and penalties. It then examines the interventions implemented by teachers to manage the situation—what works, what does not, and what alternative approaches could be considered. In the second part, the analysis delves deeper into the dynamics of inclusion and the classroom climate, particularly the underlying fear of being discriminated against or isolated, which can be either objective or "induced." The work concludes with suggestions for educators on how to foster welcoming and inclusive group environments.

Abstract
The article focuses on the dynamics of inclusion versus exclusion that typically characterize the life of a classroom group. Specifically, after acknowledging that these processes continue to significantly shape group dynamics, the first part presents a complex educational scenario marked by an unsuccessful attempt to avoid discrimination and penalties. It then examines the interventions implemented by teachers to manage the situation—what works, what does not, and what alternative approaches could be considered. In the second part, the analysis delves deeper into the dynamics of inclusion and the classroom climate, particularly the underlying fear of being discriminated against or isolated, which can be either objective or "induced." The work concludes with suggestions for educators on how to foster welcoming and inclusive group environments.Pubblicazioni consigliate
