"Der sich begreifende Begriff". Nota sui significati di 'concetto' nella 'Scienza della logica' di Hegel e la sua genesi

International debate on Hegel’s notion of the ‘conceptual’ does not often grow out of a clear understanding of what Hegel actually means with Begriff. This essay provides a lexical and theoretical map of this notion in the Science of logic, with a distinct focus on genesis and development of the Doctrine of the concept. Initially, attention is given to specific implementations of the term in Hegel’s early writings. I will thus provide details about crucial problems on function and use of the concepts introduced by Kant’s transcendental logic.
