The aim of this scientific article is to describe a new device for the treatment of skeletal class 2 malocclusion. The appliance named Digital Bonded Twin Block is a fixed orthodontic device used to correct skeletal class II maloc- clusion in mixed dentition and designed with a standardized digital workflow. The digital workflow allows full appliance customization creating a perfect adaptation of the four blocks with patient dental anatomy thus optimizing bonding procedures and block retention. Blocks construction and the use of transfer transparent trays supporting the bonding procedure of the blocks is also documented and described. The manuscript presents two clinical cases. The first case reported the digital workflow used to design the appli- ance and the standardized procedure used for its bonding. The second case showed appliance management. Treat- ment timing, complications, appliance debonding and advantages/disadvantages of the Digital Bonded Twin Block compared to similar devices have been discussed in the article.

Abstract
Treat- ment timing, complications, appliance debonding and advantages/disadvantages of the Digital Bonded Twin Block compared to similar devices have been discussed in the article.Pubblicazioni consigliate
