Conquista e rivendicazione. I fondamenti mitici del Nomos in Carl Schmitt

L'analisi di Schmitt dei tre significati del termine greco nomos identifica, nella lingua tedesca, nehmen, teilen e weiden come gli aspetti mitici, gnostici e manichei che sono all'origine dell'ordinamento giuridico europeo. L'ipotesi seguita da Carl Schmitt prende spunto dalla lettura di un capitolo sul potere nel testo di Erich Przywara, Humanitas. In esso si rintraccia il significato del nomos in relazione tra il Mitico, il Germanico e l'Agon cristiano, nella formazione dell'identità occidentale.
