The present work focuses on the ability of educators to take care of students and to realize respect towards them, highlighting how these skills are fundamental for promoting inclusion and social integration. Although empathy and emotional intelligence are indispensable qualities for fostering effective educational relationships, they alone are not sufficient. Indeed, educators must be capable of caring for students and practicing respect in their interactions. With this premise, the article explores various attitudes and behaviors related to care and respect and offers valuable guidance on implementing them in the educational relationship.

Abstract
