In 2023, an inscribed cylinder seal was discovered during the second season of the Baghdad Urban Archaeological Project (BUAP) at Tell Muhammed.1) The site of Tell Muhammed is located in the southern suburbs of Baghdad, about 2 km East of the Tigris River, near Tell Harmal, ancient Šaduppûm, in the Diyala area. This paper offers the copy, the photo, and the reading of the seal and puts it concerning the coeval texts from Sippar and from the Diyala region.
