Totally implantable intrathecal systems are more and more employed for cancer plain treatment. Our expediencies have showed that the intrathecal implants are the best way to obtain an optimal pain relief on front of poor incidence of side effects and our complications. The aim of our contribute is to analyze the indications for employing implantable systems and their surgical, mechanical and pharmacological themes.

Abstract

Totally implantable intrathecal systems are more and more employed for cancer plain treatment.
