This paper addresses the issue of disciplinary devices used during Argentina’s dictatorship (1976-83). The study is developed through the analysis of a regulation factory. This is a key to understanding the set of practices and actions that were experienced in the factories from the coup piece. The study of the regulation, despite only deal with industrial issues, is presented as a set of ethical and moral rules to follow daily. Is based on the hypothesis that the regulations put in analysis was a “galateo”, or label, that is a compendium of moral rules and behavior. The paper investigates the process of discipline that, from the nineteenth century, lived in the occupied factories and directed by the military.
