In work environments, employees can be affected by mobbing, a form of repeated psychological violence. This review aims to investigate the prevalence of mobbing among healthcare workers in Europe during the SARS- CoV-2 pandemic and the physical, psychological and organizational consequences. Studies examining bullying in healthcare workplaces were included and data analysis was performed which included studies published from March 2020 to December 2023 on two electronic databases PubMed and Scopus, which examined data relating to the period under study. 124 articles were retrieved and once examined, irrelevant articles were removed and 14 useful articles were examined. Causes of mobbing include how impaired mental health and high workload reinforce the possibility of experiencing psychological harassment in the workplace, resulting in a worsening of the worker's and organization's quality of life with increased absenteeism, abandonment of work and the presence of anxious-depressive symptoms. In light of this, it is necessary to implement prevention plans to find solutions aimed at maintaining optimal quality of life and organizational health in work environments, especially during health emergencies

Causes of mobbing include how impaired mental health and high workload reinforce the possibility of experiencing psychological harassment in the workplace, resulting in a worsening of the worker's and organization's quality of life with increased absenteeism, abandonment of work and the presence of anxious-depressive symptoms.
