The implementation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the area of public administration is one of the main innovations that affect the organization of administrative activities and procedures; moreover, it has involved significant changes in the relationship with users of public services. Obviously, these technologies clash with the old systems of responsibility: this paper, moving from the analysis of the role of the machine within public proceedings and attempts to frame the main problems and solutions offered by law.
