We obtain existence and multiplicity results for elliptic parametric variable exponent problems where the reaction term exhibits a mildly singularity at zero and driven by two positive parameters. We improve some recent results obtained in the p-Laplacian case, for the variable exponent setting. Moreover, near zero, we generalize the growth assumptions. A computable estimate of parameters is also furnished.

Abstract
