An attempt was made to develop a rapid, simple, accurate, and precise analytical procedure for the determination of flavanone glycosides in some citrus fruit extracts using isocratic HPLC with a reversed-phase (RP) narrow-bore column and diode array detection. Improvements were introduced to increase the sensitivity and suitability of the method. Various combinations of mobile phase composition and column temperature were assessed to achieve the best overall operation. The resultant data was analyzed in detail.
